Delivery Policy - Consumer Orders

UK Delivery

Standard Shipping (orders over £25):
Orders over £25 are shipped FREE via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Standard Shipping (orders under £25):
£2.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Express Shipping:
£4.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery aim: 1–2 working days after dispatch).
To qualify for the express delivery aim, orders must be placed Monday–Thursday by 3pm, or Friday by 11am.
Please note: delivery aims exclude bank holidays and are not guaranteed.

Where we deliver in the UK:
We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
Remote postcodes may take longer than the delivery aims stated above.

Dispatch times:
We usually dispatch orders within 1 working day, often within a few hours. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may be affected by circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier delays).

Signature on delivery:
For orders over £50, a signature may be required on delivery.


Republic of Ireland (Eire / Southern Ireland)

£12 (delivery aim: 2–3 working days) for orders under £100.
Orders over £100 ship FREE.


Tracking your parcel

We’ll send a dispatch confirmation by email and/or text. If you provide a valid email address or mobile number at checkout, we’ll include tracking details.

Leaving parcels in a safe place

We’re unable to request that Royal Mail leaves parcels in a “safe place” as this may void our shipping insurance. If you choose to set safe-place instructions directly with Royal Mail, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels marked as delivered but not received. For added security, we recommend arranging delivery to a neighbour or choosing an option that requires a signature.

EU shipping

We do not currently ship to the EU, except the Republic of Ireland as outlined above.


Order not received

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of dispatch, please:

  1. Check your tracking information, and
  2. Contact Royal Mail using the tracking link where possible.

If you’re unable to resolve it, please contact us via our Contact Us form as soon as possible.
Lost parcel claims must be reported to us within 7 days of dispatch notification.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Us form so we can raise a claim and resolve this for you. If you sign for the parcel, please note “received damaged” when signing (where possible). We require photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and please do not dispose of any items until the claim is resolved, as we may need further evidence.

Inspection of goods

Please check your order on delivery to ensure it is complete and correct. Any issues (missing items, incorrect items, faults) must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can put things right. If you need to contact us, please use our Contact Us form.
