Trade Customer Registration & Ordering Process

Trade customers can place orders directly through our website and become a stockist of Hassett Green Home Fragrance products and Tangoo Scented Cards.

1) Create your account

To place trade orders online, you’ll need to register an account. Click the Account icon and select Sign Up.

Enter your first and last name, email address, and create a password.

2) Add your billing address (important)

After registering, return to your account and add a primary address. This must be your company billing address (not your delivery address) and must include your company name. Delivery details can be entered at checkout when placing orders.

3) Let us know you’ve registered

Once your account details are complete, your account will be marked as pending approval. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to let us know your trade account is ready for review.

4) Trade approval & pricing

Once approved, we’ll allocate trade pricing to your login. The next time you sign in, you’ll see trade pricing instead of consumer pricing. If you ever need to view consumer prices for reference, simply log out and the site will revert to consumer pricing.

Placing orders

Once trade pricing is active, you’re ready to order. Please note that you will be actioned to order products in trade pack sizes (minimum quantities) before checkout is available.

Wholesale customers can also access our Quick Order Form from the My Account page, which can help when placing larger orders.

Checkout & Payment

Once you have selected all the products you want then you can proceed to checkout, payment can be taken at this point with the various payment methods on offer. Alternatively, you can select 'Bank Credit', this is for Trade customers only that have a pre-approved credit limit which allows 30 days credit.

Orders can be placed and left in the cart whilst we approve your account; once your account is approved you can then simply complete the checkout process.

Bank Credit Approval

In order to be approved for a credit account, please get in touch with us either through the website or by telephone or email and we can approve an account for you and set a credit limit.

Any orders placed and processed with the bank credit option will not be processed unless we have a pre-approved account agreed.

Carriage Charges

UK customers including Highlands & Islands: Carriage will be free for all orders over £500. All orders below this value will be charged £15 for packing and carriage.

International: Please contact us for carriage rates for each country.
