Trade Customer Ordering Process
Trade customers can place orders directly from this website and become a stockist of Hassett Green Home Fragrance products and Tangoo Scented Cards.
In order to place orders on-line you will need to register, for this simply select Account on the top right corner of the website, a drop-down menu will appear.
Select My Account, a new screen will appear with an option to ‘Create an Account’, press this button.
Fill out your first and last name, email address and create a password.
You will now have another screen where you can add your EU VAT id, If you are not VAT registered and do not have a number or if you are from outside the EU then just leave this blank and move to the next step. This screen also gives you the option to view addresses, select this option which will take you to another screen, select the button, add a new address. This is where you can fill out your full company details.
At this point, you will have fully registered and you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you have completed this process we will then approve your trade status and allocate trade prices to your login, the next time you login you will see trade, not consumer pricing. If you wish to see the consumer prices at any point for reference then simply log out and the site will revert to consumer status.
If we do not set your account to trade prices within sufficient time, simply get in touch either through the website or by telephone or email as shown on the homepage and we will get you up and running as soon as we can.
Once you have trade prices you are ready to order, each product should be ordered in single pieces and for the trade, you will be required to order in pack sizes which are displayed on each product page.
If we receive an order which is not in pack sizes then these will not be despatched.
Once you have selected all the products you want then you can proceed to checkout, payment can be taken at this point with the various payment methods on offer. Alternatively, you can select 'Bank Credit', this is for Trade customers only that have a pre- approved credit limit which allows 30days credit.
In order to be approved for a credit account, please get in touch with us either through the website or by telephone or email as shown on the homepage and we can approve an account for you and set a credit limit.
Any orders placed and processed with the bank credit option will not be processed unless we have a pre- approved account agreed.
Orders can be placed and left in the cart whilst we approve your account; once your account is approved you can then simply complete the checkout process.
UK customers including the highlands and Islands, carriage will be free for all orders over £250. All orders below this value will be charged £10 for packing and carriage.
